Terms of Service
Last updated: 15 June 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of invoiced.pro (the “Service”), operated by Imazio Ltd. (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What invoiced.pro is
invoiced.pro is a tool for creating, storing, downloading, and sending invoices. It is not accounting, tax, or legal advice, and it is not a substitute for a professional. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and tax treatment of the invoices you create.
2. Your account
You sign in with a passwordless link sent to your email address. You are responsible for keeping access to that email secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Service.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- create fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful invoices;
- infringe anyone’s rights or violate any applicable law;
- upload malware, attempt to breach security, or disrupt the Service;
- resell or misrepresent the Service as your own.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the data you put into the Service — your business details, your invoices, and the client and company records you save (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited licence to store and process Your Content solely to provide the Service to you.
Your Content may include personal data about third parties (for example, your clients’ names, addresses, and email addresses). You are responsible for having a lawful basis to provide that data to us, and for meeting your own obligations to those individuals. How we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Plans, billing, and payments
The Service offers a free tier and a paid Pro tier (monthly, annual, or a one-time founding lifetime purchase). Paid plans are billed through Stripe.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Lifetime is a single payment that grants Pro access for as long as the Service operates; it is not a perpetual guarantee that the Service will exist forever.
- Prices are shown exclusive of any taxes unless stated otherwise; applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
- Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. If you believe you were billed in error, contact us and we will work with you in good faith.
6. Invoice payment links
Pro lets you attach your own payment link (for example, a Stripe Payment Link) to an invoice. When your client pays, the payment is processed by your payment provider and goes directly to you. invoiced.pro is not a party to that transaction, does not process or hold those funds, and is not responsible for them. Your relationship with your payment provider is governed by that provider’s terms.
7. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties — including Google Firebase (authentication, database, file storage), Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (email delivery and infrastructure), and Sentry (error monitoring). Your use of the Service is also subject to their terms where applicable.
8. Availability and changes
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We aim to give reasonable notice of material changes.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
