Privacy Policy

Last updated: 15 June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how invoiced.pro (“we”, “us”), operated by Imazio Ltd., 20-22 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU, United Kingdom, collects and uses personal data. For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, contact hello@invoiced.pro.

1. The data we collect

  • Account data — the email address you sign in with.
  • Invoice content you create — your business details and the invoices, line items, clients, and companies you save. This may include personal data about your clients (names, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers) that you choose to enter.
  • Payment data — if you subscribe, payments are handled by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details; we store your plan and subscription status.
  • Technical data — limited diagnostic and error information (for example, via Sentry) needed to keep the Service working.

2. How we use it

  • to provide the Service — create, store, and display your invoices;
  • to send invoices by email on your behalf, when you ask us to;
  • to process subscription payments and manage your plan;
  • to provide support and respond to you;
  • to keep the Service secure and to fix problems;
  • to comply with our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your invoice content for advertising.

3. Legal bases (GDPR)

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of a contract (to provide the Service you signed up for); our legitimate interests (to secure and improve the Service); your consent where required (for example, sending an invoice email on your instruction); and legal obligations (for example, keeping payment records).

4. Your clients’ data

When you save a client or company and we store, display, or email it on your behalf, you are the data controller of that personal data and we act as a data processor on your behalf. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to provide that data and for responding to your clients’ privacy requests. We process it only to provide the Service to you and on your instructions.

5. Sub-processors

We use trusted third parties to run the Service. Each processes only the data needed for its function:

  • Google Firebase — authentication, database (Firestore), and file storage. This is where your account and invoice data are hosted.
  • Stripe — subscription payments and billing.
  • Cloudflare — sending invoice emails and infrastructure.
  • Sentry — error monitoring and diagnostics.

6. International transfers

Some of these providers process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, such transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards (such as the providers’ Standard Contractual Clauses).

7. Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account or ask us to erase your data, we will delete it within a reasonable period, except where we must keep certain records (for example, payment records) to comply with the law.

8. Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted, and the app uses a local-first cache on your own device for speed and offline use. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email hello@invoiced.pro. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

10. Cookies and local storage

We use your browser’s local storage to keep your draft invoice and to cache your data for instant, offline-capable access, and we use authentication storage to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

11. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you.

13. Contact
